Return And Refund Policy

At Media Monsterz, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services that meet our clients' expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and revisions for each service category.

1. Logo Design

• After delivering the initial logo, we offer unlimited revisions for 14 days to ensure complete satisfaction.
• If, after 14 days, the client is still not satisfied, they may request a refund.
• Refunds will be processed 25 days after the initial submission of the logo.
• If a refund is issued, we will revoke all rights to the logo, and the client must discontinue its use. Any assets provided must be returned.

2. Website Design & E-Commerce Website

• Once the website is delivered, we provide 30 days of revisions to ensure every change and customization meets the client’s needs.
• If the client is still not satisfied after 30 days, they may request a refund.
• Refunds will be processed 45 days after the website submission date.
• If a refund is issued, we will revoke all website assets, including design files, domain access (if applicable), and any provided content.

3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• SMM and SEO are ongoing services, and it generally takes:
  • SEO: A minimum of 3 to 6 months to show noticeable results.
  • SMM: A minimum of 2 months to establish and optimize campaigns.
• We provide weekly or monthly reports and manage services according to client needs.
• If a client is unsatisfied, they may request a refund, but:
  • Clients must wait at least 3 months for SEO and 2 months for SMM to see progress.
  • If a refund is requested after this period, we will refund the last 1-month invoice after 25 days.
  • For example, if the client has used the service for 4 months and requests a refund, we will refund the 4th month’s invoice only.

4. General Refund Guidelines

• Refund requests must be sent in writing via email to info@mediamonesterz.com.
• Refunds are not applicable if the project scope was completed and approved.
• Clients must provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction, and we will make every effort to resolve issues before issuing a refund.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the refund request is approved.
