Welcome to Media Monsterz! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Overview

Media Monsterz provides digital services, including Logo Design, Website Design, E-Commerce Website Development, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). These services are sold as digital products through our Shopify website, with payments processed via Shopify’s payment gateway.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate personal information, including name, email, and phone number.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Service Process & Delivery

  • Logo Design: Delivered within 24 to 72 hours based on the selected package.
  • Website Design: Delivered within 7 to 10 days based on the package.
  • E-Commerce Website: Delivered within 8 to 12 days based on the package.
  • SMM & SEO: Ongoing monthly service; requires at least 2 months for SMM and 3 months for SEO to show results.

Once a client selects a service, we contact them via email to discuss project details before starting work.

4. Revisions & Refund Policy

  • Logo Design: Unlimited revisions for 14 days. If unsatisfied, refunds are issued after 25 days, and all assets must be returned.
  • Website & E-Commerce Website: Unlimited revisions for 30 days. If unsatisfied, refunds are issued after 45 days, and all website assets will be revoked.
  • SMM & SEO: Refunds are only applicable for the last month’s invoice after 25 days, provided the client has used the service for a minimum of 3 months for SEO and 2 months for SMM.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
  • Prices may vary based on the selected package and are subject to change.
  • Clients are responsible for any taxes or transaction fees imposed by their payment provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate project details.
  • Respond to emails and communication in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the specified revision period.
  • Adhere to fair usage and refrain from unreasonable revision demands.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Until full payment is received, Media Monsterz retains ownership of all design files, website code, and marketing assets.
  • Upon final payment, ownership of digital deliverables is transferred to the client, except for third-party software/licenses.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for business losses, third-party damages, or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Any unauthorized modifications made by the client to delivered work may void our support services.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate services if:

  • A client fails to communicate or provide necessary project details.
  • There is evidence of fraudulent transactions.
  • A client engages in abusive behavior toward our team.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
